While Louie opened his first restaurant in the back of the Sawtooth Club, it is the iconic church location that many associate with the original Louie's. Remodeled and expanded over thirteen times the Ketchum Louie's became a vacation tradition for countless families. From the elevators known as "dumb waiters" that brought food upstairs from the kitchen to the crooked bell tower the Ketchum Louie's always served amazing food and a fond memory.
The "Church" was donated to the Ketchum historical society by Louie in 1999 so that a piece of Ketchum history would be forever perserved.
